2015 Outbreak of Salmonella Enteritidis Linked to Antioch Farms Chicken Cordon Bleu
Minnesota health and agriculture officials investigated an outbreak of Salmonella Enteritidis linked to consumption of Antioch Farms brand Cordon Bleu raw stuffed chicken breast. A total of 5 persons were counted as outbreak cases. Two were hospitalized. Deaths of illness onset ranged from May 9 to July 22. Antioch Farms brand chicken is produced by Aspen Foods.
