2019 Outbreak of Salmonella Linked to food from Outpost Natural Food locations, Wisconsin

In August 2019 the Wisconsin Department of Health Services and local health departments in Wisconsin investigated an outbreak of salmonellosis linked to consuming food from Outpost Natural Food locations. Four people infected with the outbreak strains of Salmonella were identified. Three were available for interviewing and each reported consuming food from one of the Outpost Natural Food locations. Known patient onset dates ranged from March 20-May 6, 2019.
