Redmond Farms/Real Foods Market Raw Milk 2010

Consumption of unpasteurized milk was linked to an outbreak of Salmonellosis in Utah. All of the affected people had purchased the milk from Real Foods Markets, in Orem and Heber City, Utah. The milk was produced by Redmond Farms, a Utah-based dairy. Samples of raw milk produced at the dairy between April 5 to April 22 tested positive for the outbreak strain of Salmonella. On May 12, the dairy was permitted to resume sales of unpasteurized milk after passing coliform testing.
