2003 Outbreak of Salmonella Enteritidis Infections Linked to Eggs, Minnesota
An outbreak of Salmonella Enteritidis infections occurred at a Minnesota restaurant. French toast or eggs were the vehicles of infection. Upon investigation, seven food workers were found to be infected with the same strain of Salmonella Enteritidis.
