2004 Outbreak of Hepatitis A Among Patrons of Maple Lawn Dairy Family Restaurant, New York
Patrons who ate at the Ashland, New York, restaurant between September 26 and October 10 were exposed to hepatitis A. A food handler had hepatitis A and had worked while infectious. One patron died four months after his illness due to complications from the hepatitis A infection.
