Complaints of illness were received by the Minnesota Department of Health from patrons of an Eden Prairie restaurant. Three people from two different dining parties reported gastrointestinal illness. Stool samples found Norovirus in two of the cases, and these were found to be the same strain using viral sequencing analysis. No specific food was found to be the source of the illness though all three reported eating burritos. An environmental inspection of the restaurant found no violations of the health code, and no ill food handlers. The source of the infections was not found.
