An outbreak of Enterotoxigenic E. coli O169:H4 infections was linked to a restaurant in DuPage County, Illinois. Twenty four illnesses occurred. The health department investigation implicated the restaurant as the likely source of the infections, however no particular food could be identified as the likely vehicle of infection.
