2006 Outbreak of Norovirus at Cumberland Hill Elementary School Dance, Rhode Island

A father and daughter dance held at the Cumberland Hill Elementary school, in Rhode Island, led to nearly 100 norovirus cases. Food was served at the dance, and a health department investigation concluded salad was the most likely vehicle. The source of the contamination was not determined.
