2007 Outbreak of Norovirus Linked to Raw Oysters, Maryland

People who attended the Bull and Oyster Event over the weekend of February 9 to 11, in Maryland, became ill after eating raw oysters that had been harvested from San Antonio Bay, Texas. The resulting investigation resulted in the temporary closure of the oyster beds on February 24 and recall of the oysters.
