2010 Outbreak of E. coli O26 at a Child Care Center, Oregon
An outbreak of E. coli O26 occurred in an Oregon child care center (10 children; 1 staff member). Infected persons were from three classrooms. One person had bloody diarrhea and no one developed hemolytic uremic syndrome. The vehicle of transmission was not described.
