An outbreak of Salmonellosis occurred among people who had eaten undercooked or mishandled pork at a luau fundraiser on August 21, 2010. The fundraiser event was held in Yuba County, California and was for the Deputy Sheriff's Association. Garner Ranch supplied the pig for the event.
