2012 Outbreak of Shiga Toxin E. coli Infections at Willow Grove Gardens Pumpkin Patch and Petting Zoo, Washington
In October 2012 Cowlitz County health officials investigated an outbreak of Shiga Toxin E. coli infections linked to Willow Grove Gardens and Pumpkin Patch located in Longview. Four outbreak associated cases were reported. Two were hospitalized. No one died.
