The Pueblo City-County Health Department temporarily closed All Seasons Catering following an outbreak of Clostridium perfringens among 37 persons who consumed food prepared by All Seasons Catering. Health department investigators found a statistical association between illness and consumption of several foods including a beef and gravy dish, butter, tomatoes, and lettuce the caterer served at a Pueblo Community Health Center luncheon held on Tuesday, April 24, 2012.

The health department inspected the caterer and found multiple critical food safety violations. The caterer was closed until requirements for reopening could be met.
