2014 Outbreak of Norovirus at The Royal Hawaiian Hotel, Hawaii
In May 2014 the Hawaii Department of Health investigated an outbreak of norovirus occurring among guests at The Royal Hawaiian hotel in Honolulu. The outbreak was attributed in part to food consumed at the hotel's restaurant. One hundred fourteen outbreak associated cases were identified. One person was hospitalized. No one died.
