2014 Outbreak of Salmonella Enteritidis Infections Linked to Old Country Buffet, Minnesota
In late January 2014 Minnesota public health officials investigated an outbreak of Salmonella Enteritidis infections linked to eating at an Old Country Buffet restaurant in Maple Grove, Minnesota. Hennepin County Health Department and the Minnesota Department of Health identified 36 people who were likely ill after eating at the Old Country Buffet between January 11 and February 11. Most of the diners who became ill ate there on January 25.
