2015 Outbreak of E. coli O157 Infections Linked to Los Chilangos Food Truck, Seattle, Washington
Public Health Seattle King County investigated an outbreak of E. coli O157 linked to consumption of food sold by a mobile vendor, Los Chilangos. In total 13 people became ill (12 laboratory confirmed, 1 probable case). Exposure dates ranged from August 8, 2015 to August 12, 2015. Five people were hospitalized. No one died. A specific food was not implicated as the source of the outbreak.
