2015 Outbreak of Salmonella Infections at X-10 Woodfire Steakhouse, Texas
Texas public health officials linked an outbreak of Salmonella infections to the X-10 Woodfire Steakhouse located in Dalhart, Texas. According to preliminary reports, at least 30 cases were linked to the restaurant. The restaurant closed during the investigation. Several food handlers tested positive for Salmonella.
