In February 2016 Colorado public health officials investigated an outbreak of gastroenteritis associated with a Denver restaurant. The implicated meal date was February 15. Three people became ill with diarrhea. No samples were collected for laboratory testing but investigators suspected the outbreak was caused by Bacillus cereus.
