In the summer of 2016 public health officials in Colorado investigated an outbreak of Cryptosporidiosis at a public pool owned and operated by the City and County of Broomfield. Dates of exposure ranged from July 24, 2016 to August 4, 2016. Four people were laboratory confirmed with Cryptosporidium. One person was considered to be a probable case. No one was hospitalized and no one died.
