2016 Outbreak of Cryptosporidiosis at a Recreation Center Pool, Colorado
In January 2016 public health officials in Colorado investigated an outbreak of Cryptosporidiosis among visitors at the Durango Community Recreation Center. Four people including 3 children 9 years old or under were laboratory confirmed with Cryptosporidium. Dates of exposure ranged from January 6, 2016 to January 25, 2016. No one was hospitalized and no one died.
