2016 Outbreak of Norovirus at Puerta Vallarta Restaurant, Federal Way, Washington
In 2016 Public Health Seattle King County (PHSKC) investigated an outbreak of norovirus among patrons of Puerto Vallarta restaurant located at 35105 Enchanted Parkway, Federal Way, Washington. As many as 8 people became ill after eating at the restaurant on January 30, 2016. There was no laboratory confirmation of the etiology but symptoms were suggested of norovirus. No one was hospitalized and no one died.
