2016 Outbreak of Salmonella Typhimurium, Carbondale, Colorado
On January 2016 a restaurant located in Carbondale, Colorado was implicated in an outbreak of Salmonella Typhimurium. Six cases were identified. Five were laboratory confirmed with the outbreak strain. One person was hospitalized. No one died.
