2017 Clostridium Botulinum linked to Deer Antler Tea, California

In March 2017 two residents of Orange County, California were diagnosed with botulism linked to consumption of US Deer Antlers Exports and Imports Inc. herbal teal products. The company recalled the tea pouches which were sold to acupuncturists and individuals in California, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, North Carolina, Texas and Virginia.
