2017 Multistate Outbreak of Salmonella Braenderup Infections Linked to Papaya
In the spring of 2017, a multistate outbreak of Salmonella Braenderup infections linked to papayas was investigated. A total of 55 outbreak associated cases were identified. Eighteen people were hospitalized. No one died.
