2017 Norovirus at Hotel del Coronado, San Diego, California
In April 2017 conference attendees who ate at a chocolate truffle bar at the Hotel del Coronado in San Diego became ill with norovirus. According to the California Department of Public Health, there were 77 probable cases of norovirus. The event was sponsored by Healthgrades.
