2017 Outbreak of Norovirus at a Temporary Mobile Food Site, Tacoma, Washington
In January 2017 investigators in Tacoma, Washington learned of three people who became ill after eating food at a "fair, festival or other mobile food site." The implicated meal date was January 11, 2017. All three reported symptoms of vomiting and diarrhea approximately 35 hours later. No one was hospitalized and no one died. There were no specimens tested for a foodborne pathogen.
