2018 Multistate Outbreak of E. coli O157:H7 Infections Linked to Leafy Greens
In October 2018, the CDC, FDA and their state and local public health partners investigated an outbreak of E. coli O157:H7 infections linked to consumption of leafy greens. Eight people were hospitalized. No one died.
