2018 Outbreak of Clostridium perfringens Infections at a Restaurant in Skagit County, Washington
In April 2018 an outbreak of Clostridium perfringens infections occurred at a restaurant in Skagit County, Washington. The implicated food items were rice and beans which were not cooled properly. Three outbreak associated cases were identified. There were no hospitalizations and no one died.
