In December 2018, Benton Franklin Health District officials investigated an outbreak of gastrointestinal illnesses suspected to be norovirus. Twelve outbreak associated cases were identified. No one was hospitalized and no one died. Investigators suspected a restaurant foodhandler worked while ill. Inadequate sanitation was also observed at the inspection.
