2019 Multistate Outbreak of Vibrio parahaemolyticus Infections Linked to Raw Oysters
In March 2019 residents of Delaware, Oregon and Washington were diagnosed with Vibrio parahaemolyticus infections after consuming raw oysters at restaurants. Nine outbreak associated cases were identified. One person was hospitalized. No one died.
