2019 Outbreak of Bacillus cereus at a Restaurant in King County, Washington

In January 2019, Public Health Seattle King County investigated a suspected outbreak of Bacillus cereus at a restaurant. Rice was the implicated menu item. Four outbreak cases were identified. No one was hospitalized and no one died.
