2019 Outbreak of Salmonella Linked to Restore Public House, Wisconsin
In July 2019 the Wisconsin Department of Health Services, in collaboration with the La Crosse County Health Department, investigated an outbreak of Salmonella infections associated with consuming beef tartare served at Restore Public House in La Crosse between July 10 and July 12, 2019. Thirty five restaurant patrons were interviewed during the investigation. Seven confirmed cases and 10 probable cases were linked to this outbreak.
