2020 Multistate Outbreak of E. coli O157:H7 Infections, Source Unknown
Federal, state, and local public health agencies investigated an outbreak of E. coli O157:H7 infections. The first cases occurred in August 2020. Thirty two outbreak associated cases were identified. Fifteen people were hospitalized. No one died. The source was never determined.
