Nineteen patrons of Rediviva Restaurant located in Aberdeen, Washington became ill after eating at the restaurant on Valentine's Day. Laboratory testing confirmed the outbreak was caused by infection with Campylobacter jejuni. Grays Harbor County Environmental Health Division believed the outbreak was associated with consuming chicken liver mousse (pate). A site inspection of the facility conducted on February 26, 2020 revealed multiple risk factors that could have contributed to illness.
