2020 Outbreak of Campylobacter Infections at a Restaurant, Washington
In September 2020, Skagit County Public Health investigated an outbreak of Campylobacter infections linked to consumption of chicken. Four outbreak associated were identified. No one was hospitalized and no one died. Investigators suspected that insufficient time or temperature during cooking of the chicken.
