In October 2020, Clark County Public Health investigated an outbreak of E. coli O111:H8 infections linked to a restaurant. A total of 3 outbreak associated cases were identified. No one was hospitalized and no one died. A specific food item was not identified although investigators suspected bare-hand contact by an ill foodhandler.
