2020 Outbreak of E. coli O157:H7 Infections at a Private Home, Washington
In September 2020, Snohomish Health District investigated an outbreak of E. coli O157:H7 infections exposed at a private home. A food product was not identified. Six outbreak associated cases were identified. No one was hospitalized and no one died.
