2020 Outbreak of Norovirus at Yosemite National Park
Yosemite National Park received reports of approximately 170 people who experienced gastrointestinal illness after spending time at the park around the first week of January 2020. Affected individuals included park visitors and employees. Two cases were laboratory confirmed with norovirus.
