2021 Multistate Outbreak of Salmonella Lome Infections Associated with Bearded Dragons

In January 2021, local, state and federal public health officials investigated an outbreak of Salmonella Lome infections associated with contact with pet bearded dragons. Fourteen people were ill. Four people were hospitalized. No one died.
