2021 Outbreak of Bacillus cereus and Clostridium perfringens Infections at a Restaurant, Alaska
In August 2021, Alaska public health officials investigated a confirmed outbreak of Bacillus cereus and Clostridium perfringens infections at a fast food restaurant. Sixty-six outbreak associated cases were identified. No one was hospitalized and no one died. The vehicle was reported to be a Cubano sandwich.
