2021 Outbreak of Campylobacter jejuni Infections Associated with a Restaurant, Minnesota
In July 2021, public health officials in Minnesota investigated an outbreak of confirmed campylobacteriosis associated with a restaurant. Seven people were ill. No one was hospitalized and no one died.
The vehicles of transmission were reported as chicken liver yakitori and squid ink pappardelle.
