2021 Outbreak of Campylobacteriosis Associated with Chicken Liver Mousse, New York

In December 2021, public health officials in New York investigated a confirmed outbreak of Campylobacter jejuni infections associated with a restaurant. Three people were ill. Two people were hospitalized. No one died.

The implicated vehicle of transmission was chicken liver mousse.
