2021 Outbreak of Cyclospora cayetanensis Infections Associated with Tomato Salad, Texas

In June 2021, Texas public health officials investigated an outbreak of cyclosporiasis. Tomato salad prepared by a caterer was the suspected vehicle of transmission. Three people were ill. No one was hospitalized and no one died.
