2021 Outbreak of Cyclospora Infections Associated with a Restaurant, Tennessee
In July 2021, public health officials in Tennessee investigated an outbreak of Cyclospora cayetanensis infections associated with a restaurant. Sixteen people were ill. Two people were hospitalized. No one died.
The implicated vehicles of transmission were reported as cilantro and onions.
