2021 Outbreak of E. coli O157:H7 at a Private Home, Wyoming
In July 2021, public health officials in Wyoming investigated an outbreak of Shiga toxin E. coli (STEC) associated with a private home. Twenty-three people were ill. Seven people were hospitalized. No one died.
The vehicle of transmission was not reported.
