2021 Outbreak of E. coli O157:H7 Infections Associated with a Farm, Minnesota

In August 2021, public health officials in Minnesota investigated an outbreak of Shiga toxin E. coli O157:H7 infections associated with contact with "cattle, sheep, goats" on a dairy farm. Three people were ill. All three were hospitalized. No one died.
