2021 Outbreak of E. coli O157:H7 Infections Associated with Salad, Kentucky

In September 2021, Kentucky public health officials investigated an outbreak of E. coli O157:H7 infections associated with a restaurant. The implicated vehicle of transmission was salad. Fifteen people were ill. Nine people were hospitalized. No one died.
