2021 Outbreak of Foodborne Illness Associated with a Caterer, Minnesota
In May 2021, public health officials in Minnesota investigated an outbreak of foodborne illness associated with a catered event. The implicated vehicle of transmission was a turkey wrap with spinach. Twelve people were ill. No one was hospitalized and no one died.
The etiology was not reported.
