2021 Outbreak of Foodborne Illness Associated with a Restaurant, South Carolina
In January 2021, public health officials in South Carolina investigated an outbreak of foodborne illness associated with a restaurant. The suspected etiologies were reported as norovirus and Clostridium perfringens. Three people were ill. No one was hospitalized and no one died.
The vehicle of transmission was not reported.
