2021 Outbreak of Foodborne Illness Associated with Chicken Parts, New York
In May 2021, public health officials in New York investigated an outbreak of illnesses associated with a restaurant. Three people were ill. No one was hospitalized and no one died. The implicated contaminated food was described as "chicken parts skewers."
The etiology was not reported.
